Short Bio sketch of Senior EngineerLei Chen

Bored in 1982,Anhui, China,L.Chenreceived his BA, MA and PhD at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) in2005,2008and2017. He served as a Senior Engineer at China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing) since 2017,and worked as anInstructorand aSecretary of the Youth League Committeeof College of Resources and Safety Engineering, CUMTB, during 2008 and 2013.

Chenhas experience withbackfill mining incoalmining engineering,human factors engineeringinindustrial engineering. Chenteaches two undergraduate courses(Industrial Technology Economicsand HumanFactorsEngineering)and one postgraduate course(Modern Human Factor Engineering).ChenreceivedTeaching Achievement Awardof CUMTB in 2018. Recently, Chenhas authored1book and over20refereed journal papers, including selected8papers like
